Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guest, I do require 24 hours' notice. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me.

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a $25 per service canceled fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. 

​

​No shows will have to pay the full-service amount before being able to book a future appointment ( no exceptions)!

​

I do my best to work with you in case of emergencies, as I do understand that issues come up unexpectedly. This policy is not enforced when we have inclement weather.

Tardiness & Service Changes 

Please understand that if you are late for your appointment, your services may be altered to fit the remaining appointment time or canceled altogether. If you are 15 minutes or later we will need to reschedule. This allows me to stay on time for my next guest. Remember you might be the next guest waiting. 

 

Groupon 

 Groupons are for new clients only and only one per person. Thank you for understanding.
